I have watched many games in England and NEVER heard rascist abuse. It is italy, russia, spain etc that dont act significantly. For example fining Luis Aragones $5000, and then paying him many times that to coach the team! Americans may not realise but Sepp Blatter is no better; FIFA said they would seriously punish teams, then when thousands of spanish fans were rascist to englands black players he fined the Spanish FA about £20000 which is a fraction of what they earned that very match!
